So the migration from to went mostly fine, however it looks like you can't migrate admin accounts for whatever reason

@dave yeah it’s a dumb, don’t know if it came from misskey or firefish but there’s a whole dance you have to do in the DB to migrate your account

Now I'm removing the admin check before migration and rebuilding to see if it will break everything or not
